Pennant
Pennant is a league format of bowls played at clubs across Victoria and is administered by bowls Victoria, together with Regions and Divisions.
Yarra Junction Bowling Club fields teams in both Midweek and Saturday Pennant. Pennant competitions take place between October and March. For many players Pennant represents the highest and most competitive form of the game.
For the 21 /22 season Yarra Junction has entered 2 teams :
Season commencement date is Nov 13th.

Pennant 20/21 Season
The midweek 6 aside team won both the spring and summer Section finals. A great result for our small club
Division Quarterfinals saw the Yarra Junction 1 team knocked out but we are assured promotion to Div 4 next season
The Weekend pennant team weren’t quite as successful but enjoyed a great season never the less
We all look forward to a break in competition for now.
